Case Study 1 - Expanding Pharma

A truly global Pharmaceutical company has undergone very exciting growth since we started working with them in 2012. Since that first assignment our relationship has gone from strength to strength, and we are now in a position where we are the go-to agency to handle all vacancies across our Pharma specialisms on an exclusive basis.


This client’s work has expanded enormously across Europe and now with our most recently completed search (a VP of Clinical Development USA) they are now ready for the same level of growth in North America and we will of course be on hand to assist once more with this expansion.


Our success has come from having a Key Account Manager in place who has assisted the client from our very first placement, who retains a very high level of communication with the company. They therefore understand exactly what the client is looking for, and so can provide in-depth briefings to their colleagues across RBW which ensures only the best candidates are presented to the client for each role. Case Study 2 - Partnership with a leading CRO across Europe

The CRO (Clinical Research Organisation) market is hugely competitive and so it is vitally important to do an effective job when trusted with a CRO client’s high priority jobs.  Especially given that most of them need filling ‘yesterday’.

 

RBW Consulting’s structure fits our CRO clients’ needs perfectly by having a specialist Consultant assigned to each vertical niche in the Pharmaceutical sector.  This allows each Consultant to develop strong candidate networks within each field which has ultimately resulted in us successfully filling four vacancies across the four different verticals of Medical, Clinical, Biostatistics and Data Management in the last six weeks for the same client.

 

Needless to say this client has been extremely happy with our efforts and immediately released a further eight roles for us to work.

We are now moving into our fourth year of collaboration, and our relationship has grown dramatically which is largely a testament to an open and transparent communication approach. We respect how important it is for every member of their team to have a similarly high level of expertise in their area, and will always emphasise quality over quantity with our candidate submissions. 

Our recent focus has been to support the development of their Ethical Compliance Program which is arguably the ‘market leader’ in this ever-increasingly important area of the Life-Science industries.
