We are seeking a driven Executive Search Consultant to help expand our footprint in our specialist markets.

What we are looking for?

We are looking for an extremely professional Recruiter with a background of working with Executive Search / Retained search roles. The individual will be recruiting for high-end, senior roles such as Managing Directors and CEO-level, so the successful candidate must have professional intelligence, be articulate and can build relationships at senior level.

What will you be doing?

  • Mapping markets and headhunting the best talent to deliver the best results for our clients
  • Generating research the can be used for market intelligence
  • Meeting senior directors and both candidates and clients 
  • Working with the wider team to generate more opportunities from the current client base

Resourcer / Consultant

We have a rare opportunity for a focused and proactive Recruitment Resourcer who is looking to take ownership of a diverse role, in support of consultants.

The Role

  • Supporting the Consultants with sourcing for existing clients, using all the resources and methods available and identifying and matching appropriate skill sets.
  • Fully qualifying Candidates
  • Networking and advertise to potential candidates.
  • Ensuring that all allocated roles to yourself are worked on, keeping the Consultant up to date on progress of your searches and possible candidates
  • Preparing CVs ready to be sent out to Clients and managing the full candidate lifecycle
  • Account Management

The successful Recruitment Resourcer will be mentored by our Training and Development Manager and Senior Recruitment Consultant and the progression to Recruitment Consultant from Resourcer is available, if desired.
