Case Study 1 - Top tier Pharma

Our client had invested significant amounts into job boards, LinkedIn and an internal recruitment team with the sole mission of building an international data science function but they were not seeing the results they had hoped for.

RBW were able to approach their vacancies with a much more proactive approach and worked with the client to build a specific target list of candidates. Before approaching any candidate on their behalf, we decoded all their job descriptions and marketing materials into a language that resonated with data scientists and developers. Only once we had completed this did we begin to evangelise the available careers opportunities to our candidate network.

As a result, we were able to complete more successful hires in the first quarter than they had been able to directly in the previous 18 months.
