A career defining opportunity has arisen with a healthcare communications agency who have plans to treble in size over the next three years. This opportunity will see you in a pivotal role, where you are part of the senior leadership team and vital part of the company’s future.


Role responsibilities:
This thrilling opportunity has come up because the CEO has plans to grow out a new pharma business unit in her healthcare focused communications agency. Your role will involve taking a small pharma client and growing it with heavy involvement in new business and pitching, management and recruitment of junior team members, expert client management skills and someone with a flair for creative and an excellent knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. You will work in partnership with senior leadership to identify new markets and services whilst retaining current business and growing out a successful team of client service professionals.


Person specification:
This role would suit an extremely ambitious individual, someone who wants to get their hands dirty and be involved with different verticals of this business. You will be a strong leader of people and projects and an ambassador for the agency. Your background should be from Pharma or healthcare communications (ideally several years’ experience) with the ability to demonstrate strong client and leadership skills.

Senior Clinical Project Manager - Devices

This is a good opportunity to join a CRO with reputation for being one of the best device development companies.

In support to one of our specialist clients – a Medical Device CRO - I am now recruiting for an experienced Global Clinical Project Manager to join their team help manage several device studies.


In this role, you will taking the responsibility of several key studies for implantable cardiac devices across several global regions. Similar experience in running device trials in other areas such as Ophthalmology, neurology, orthopaedics would also be attractive.


This position offers a good blend of responsibilities and should be of interest if you like to take a hands-on approach to all aspects towards the successful delivery of a large trials, including budget management, vendor partnership, site relationships and assessing the clinical trial data / monitoring activities.


The position will also see you providing occasional support to more junior project managers and coaching for site CRAs for the monitoring of the devices.


You will working closely with the director of clinical operations and should have excellent communication skills to be able to work effectively with the product sponsor company.

  • Thorough knowledge of programming and the clinical drug development process
  • Extensive experience within SAS Programming
  • Proven ability to keep to timelines and keep projects on track
  • A working knowledge of R / NONMEM / PKPD
