​RBW Consulting has been and will continue to monitor the global news around the spread of COVID-19. More so than ever, it is important for both us and the wider business world to maintain business continuity. A key part of that is well-being of employees and staff, especially those we are directly responsible for.

To that end, we have switched to a fully home-based set-up for each of our global offices and have ensured that our teams can continue to deliver for our clients. With robust planning, we hope to see negligible interruption to business operations whilst minimising our part in any potential spread of COVID-19.

Our Current Model

Home Working: As a traditionally fully-office based organisation, we have made the switch to remote working for all our staff across all functions. Our consultants are all still connected as though they were in office and will be fully contactable throughout our usual office hours.

Non-Essential Travel: To help prevent further spread of COVID-19, we have suspended all global and domestic non-essential travel and implemented remote activities instead. We will continue to assess our stance based on guidance from the Public Health England, the World Health Organization, and the Center for Disease Control.

Remote Interviewing: We are pleased to be able to offer clients full access to remote interview capabilities where necessary should they not already be available in-house. Please contact us if you would like to enquire about this facility.

We will continue to update our response based on guidance from both international governments and health authorities. For the last thirteen years RBW have been putting clients and candidates together to form successful relationships. We will continue to find ways to make this happen during these uncertain times.
