Looking for an innovative, fast paced practitioner to join the team

This role would suit an independent thinker who has strong all round HR skill set and is looking to work in a Non- Traditional Corporate Culture.  This innovative team of developers work within the travel industry and are looking for an innovative, fast paced practitioner to join the team.
Working closely with the HR Director you will undertake projects, provide advise to Line Managers on a broad range of topics and enhance HR policies and procedures.

 

The role involves:

  • Supporting Hiring Managers in all HR related aspects including employee engagement performance management
  • Work with recruitment team to ensure effective onboarding and induction
  • Manage extensive, innovation Employee Wellness Programme
  • Further develop the reward and recognition strategy
  • Manage employee relations across international offices
  • Manage L&D activity, including needs analysis, vendor engagement and evaluation.

 

Do you have:

  • Generalist HR background and worked in SME and larger organizations
  • CIPD Level 5 or higher
  • Innovative, forward thinking style
  • Self starter with strong project management skill
  • Strong communicator with high level of credibility

 

Salary: £40,000 Per annum plus benefits
