Market Access Specialist Consultant / Principal

Pricing, reimbursement and market access experience (3-4 years) either in consultancy or industry (corporate-level) required.

We are looking for exceptional talent to be key players on all phases of project delivery, including involvement in proposal writing, undertaking qualitative interviews, analysis of results and presenting final results.


You will be supporting other key players within the business and taking a lead role in the overseeing of projects. It is expected that you will be able to take full responsibility for projects within a relatively short period of time.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing the HTA strategy for submissions across multiple indications Addressing evidence gaps within RWE datasets and communicating findings with cross functional stakeholders
  • Assessing the clinical effectiveness and cost effectiveness of the HTA submissions
  • Pick up and manage NICE, SMC and AWMSG (or relevant body) work for specific projects, as well as the support to ensure market access. With a broad range of products in a number of therapy areas, your contribution will be invaluable and recognised.
  • Develop and agree project and analysis plans
  • Undertake the execution of the project, including the following tasks:
  • Project management
  • Managing the project team as appropriate
  • Client liaison
  • Qualitative research
  • Analysis of research findings
  • Development of results presentation and recommendations
  • Presentation of results
  • Client feedback


Education, Professional Skills & Experience

  • Pricing, reimbursement and market access experience (3-4 years) either in consultancy or industry (corporate-level)
  • In-depth understanding of the perspectives and evidence needs of the numerous stakeholders involved in healthcare decision-making, including payers, HTA bodies and regulators, together with the commercial imperatives of clients
  • Strong knowledge of prospective research methods such as Clinical Trials and Observational Research and retrospective research methods such as insurance claim database and medial record review
  • Strong knowledge of survey methodology, statistical analysis and reporting, decision analysis
  • Genuine interest and curiosity in pricing and reimbursement
  • Personable, realistic, willing, open, team-worker and flexible
  • Well organized and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Enthusiastic to learn and motivated to take opportunities to develop
  • Experience of working across a broad range of therapeutic areas.


Highly desirable:

  • Postgraduate qualification (PhD/PharmD/MSc) in health economics, medical statistics, epidemiology, mathematical modelling or related subjects
  • Experience with Health Technology Assessment submissions within the UK and abroad

Windows 10 Technical Architect

An excellent opportunity has arisen within a global bank currently looking for a Windows 10 Technical Architect for a Windows 7 – 10 transition.



Our client is running a project to transition all staff from Windows 7 to Windows 10 by the end of 2019.  We are looking for a Technical Architect to go through the Bank’s Windows10 Build and understand any additional requirements to make it a gold build. The Architect would ensure that the build is future proof to incorporate O365.


Scope of Work

In order to achieve the objective the Consultant shall have the following skills:

  • Extensive experience of Windows operating systems.
  • Experience of migrating from windows 7 to windows 10 in an enterprise environment and can articulate how this was done in detail.
  • Knowledge and experience working with Group policies , SCCM , PowerShell and Active directory
  • Experience with designing , building and delivering Windows10
  • Experience in delivering O365
  • Experience with delivering Windows10 Feature Updates
  • Experience architecting Microsoft collaborative platforms in on premise, hybrid and cloud deployments
  • Advanced knowledge of SCCM
  • High level of experience with VDI – Azure, On premise etc
  • Strong analytical skills with experience of conducting Windows 10 compatibility assessments.
  • Comfortable being “hands on” and point of contact for escalations.
  • 3rd line tasks for the Windows 10 project (logon scripts, drive mappings, group policy, other support functions)
  • Experience with Windows10 Build defects and GPO resolution.
  • Provide strategic advice and support for the enhancement of the in-scope environments, diagnosing issues, providing reports and documentation such as technical requirements and change control procedures
  • A diligent and conscientious approach to completing work on time and to an agreed, acceptable level of quality.
  • Support the transition of this Scope of Services to a Third Party Provider once appointed.
