An integrated marketing communications agency

My client is an integrated marketing communications agency with expertise in healthcare branding and digital strategy. They work on multichannel campaigns that shape their clients’ position in the industry and their message to their customers. They are looking for an ambitious, savvy, problem solver who is looking for a role where they can make a real impact.

As the project manager you will be primarily responsible for devising project plans; supporting the commercial lead working across five business units; sharing critical project information with internal and external stakeholders; establishing and facilitating internal status and review meetings; assisting in the preparation of client review materials; monitoring project deadlines, budgets and quality and making the necessary adjustments to tactics, team, and communication when required.

All internal communications and project deliverables will be circulated centrally through you as the project manager, so you will be responsible for all follow-up and follow-through activities required to meet the deliverables and achieve overall success. This will be a six month fixed term contract in the first instance, with a possibility of extension or a permanent position after that. It is a global project, with a very large budget, so the successful candidate would need to be very experienced, quick thinking and organised.

You will have:

  • Prior experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager or directly related experience
  • Developed project plans using Smartsheet, MS Project, or equivalent
  • Managed branding, marketing, creative and technology projects
  • Worked in healthcare/pharmaceuticals (desirable but not essential)
  • Routed review materials and task assignments
  • Managed internal expectations on project scope and delivery
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong problem solving skills; responsive and flexible to evolving responsibilities and changing environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

The company is a well-known and respected creative comms agency in central London. It's an excellent location and a lively environment. This role, although temporary at this stage, would be an entry into an exciting industry with lots of opportunities for progression and travel.
