A great opportunity to work with a well-established medical communications company.

My Client is a global medical communications agency who work across a diverse range of therapy areas and a wide range of accounts. Due to fantastic growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior Medical Writer to join their team where you will be working on a variety of materials. This opportunity offers excellent progression, exposure to multiple projects and remote working if preferred. However alternative office-based locations are also available, including the US!

 

As a Senior Medical Writer, you will work directly with a broad range of clients to meet their needs, producing a full range of written communications for targeted audiences, be a source of ideas, taking the lead on various projects and keeping team members effectively briefed of the projects.

 

Skills Required for the position:

 

  • Life science degree, ideally with a PhD
  • Strong medical writing experience within an agency (SMW level desirable)
  • Excellent scientific writing style, able to adapt for different materials/ audiences/ therapy areas.
  • Ability to communicate well with clients, liaise with other team members and mentor junior members where necessary.
  • Can work to tight deadlines, ensuring editorial projects are delivered on time and to a high scientific standard.
