About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service, managing projects, and driving business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships, effectively managing requests and expectations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Support the preparation of briefs and ensure client sign-off.
  • Communicate project scopes, briefs, and timelines effectively.
  • Manage project budgets, finances, and reporting.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings and proactively manage project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Champion agency processes and best practices.
  • Foster relationships with colleagues and other disciplines.
  • Support organisational tasks and mentor Account Executive colleagues.
  • Contribute to personal and team growth through collaboration and mentoring.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in healthcare advertising.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

  • Demonstrable expertise in growing brands and client relationships.
