About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service, managing projects, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships, effectively managing requests and expectations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Support the preparation of briefs and ensure client sign-off.
- Communicate project scopes, briefs, and timelines effectively.
- Manage project budgets, finances, and reporting.
- Lead project kick-off meetings and proactively manage project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Champion agency processes and best practices.
- Foster relationships with colleagues and other disciplines.
- Support organisational tasks and mentor Account Executive colleagues.
- Contribute to personal and team growth through collaboration and mentoring.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience in healthcare advertising.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
