Clinical Operations Leader

We are currently partnered with a leading CRO to identify multiple Clinical Operations Leaders across the US and Canada.

As the Clinical liaison to the Project team, the COL leads the clinical aspect of the trial and has overall accountability for the execution of the clinical operations strategy on the trial. They are responsible for coordinating the functional team members and their activities, working with both internal and external team members to ensure that all deliverables (timeline, quality, productivity) are met.

In this role, you will provide clinical leadership to project teams and manage the day to day clinical operations while delivering your assigned projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Successful candidates possess a degree in a life science, nursing qualification or relevant experience, along with experience serving as a Trial or Project manager in a pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, Medical Device, or academic research organization setting. Prior monitoring experience is preferred, as is clinical trial coordination and experience leading cross functional groups.
