Clinical Operations Solutions Consultant (SC) / Home-based / $135,000 - $155,000 / Bonus Opportunities up to $15,000 per quarter / Industry-Leading Healthcare Benefits / Unlimited Paid Time Off

I am excited to announce an incredible new opportunity on behalf of a close client of mine; this company is entirely unique and leading the clinical trial video simulation space. My client is a rapidly growing market leader, within the life science industry, seeking a Clinical Operations Solutions Consultant to join their dynamic organization. They are a purpose-driven organization passionately committed to improving the human condition by disrupting and digitally innovating the most critical elements required in clinical trials while having fun doing it.

Through their pioneering interactive & immersive simulation-based training, they equip clients with the innovation necessary to eliminate protocol deviations and optimize the overall quality of their clinical trial studies. Your work here contributes to the cutting edge of medical research - the field that has done the most to improve quality of life. Their company is hot, it’s growing fast, and they are taking the market by storm.

Their training modules integrate expert video production, animation and 3-D modeling to simulate real world decisions that investigators and site staff must make during the conduct of a clinical trial. By making critical decisions in a consequence-free environment, retention improves and learners develop greater competency in protocol execution without putting real subjects and data at risk. By tracking decision-points through each module, their analytics dashboards equip sites with actionable insights, enabling sponsors and CROs to remediate skill gaps and avoid expensive and disruptive protocol deviations.

My clients creativity and technology are just two of the reasons why they are winning in the clinical trial space, but it’s the real impact they are making that drives the team and delights their clients!

What is your role on the team?

The Solution Consultant (SC) will draw upon their industry, organizational, and presentation experience to enhance the overall client experience during the sales process.  Unlike traditional SC roles that are often relegated to “supporting role status,” the SC will be a primary contributor to my client’s commercial success, by reinforcing credibility, better understanding client needs, and ensuring we deliver a consistently high-quality introduction to the company’s unique market differentiators.  Within this pivotal role, the SC will partner with sales during the qualification, discovery, presentation and scope optimization stages.

This company have a successful and continually growing sales team that are winning roughly 3 out of 4 bid defense meetings they attend with small and large biopharmaceutical companies. The SC will enhance the sales function and will benefit financially from sales performance. Though the SC will work closely with the business development team, the incumbent will not have the pressures of a targeted, sales-driven environment. It is projected that the SC can earn an extra $10,000 - $15,000 per quarter as per company sales performance.

This position will report to the Chief Growth Officer.

What’s in it for you?

My client is a fun, creative and rewarding work environment. They take pride in their quirky culture and stand by their core values. This company is experiencing rapid growth. Their customers are multi-billion-dollar pharmaceutical companies, and they are helping them improve their clinical trial process. They are offering great benefits for salaried positions, including health, vision, and dental insurance, ancillary health benefits, and 401k. They also offer flexible hours with remote work. However, this industry is pretty much one strike you’re out; they always hit their clients’ deadlines and sometimes this requires long hours. To compensate, they offer unlimited paid time off and they’ll want you to take it! Your creative mind needs rest and relaxation to work at its best.
