Clinical Project Manager

Location: Cambridge, MA

​Presented is an opportunity for a Clinical Project Manager in Cambridge, MA. This is a pivotal position for an organization that is initiating their lead compound into the clinical trial process. We’re looking for resources who can work independently in a trial management setting.

​

This position will report directly to a Sr. Director of Clinical Operations and have responsibility for the management of 1 asset at the FIH stage of the clinical process. External vendor and CRO management is a central component to this role.

​

While this opportunity will focus on a lead compound in the oncology space, there’s ample opportunity to manage future assets that make up their extensive pipeline.

​

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 2-5 years of independent trial management experience in the industry, ideally within a small sponsor/biotech.

• Oncology preferred

• Ability to provide key strategy and integrated development plans.

• Independent thinker and problem solver.

• Strong ability to lead and mentor staff and willingness to work on the ground at times

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
