Due to the large volume of studies, they have been successful in winning they are looking for a team of 5 Monitors to join their team in Germany. The level of experience they are looking for ranges from a minimum of 18 months experience through to long standing CRA’s who are at Senior Level 2. As a CRA your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating Phase I-IV clinical trials

  • Performing the full range of site visits: qualification, initiation, monitoring, motivational, audit support, and close out.

  • Identifying and conducting feasibility assessments for proposed study sites in conjunction with the Project Team.

  • Liaising with other appropriate departments to ensure the smooth running of the study.

  • For Senior positions you will also be tasked with mentoring and training more junior CRAs and attending co monitoring visits.

Your previous experience should include:

A degree in life science or a related field and experience of independent monitoring within clinical research, including good clinical knowledge with an understanding of medical terminology.

This position is based in Germany and therefore flexibility to travel across the country will be essential.
