As the Design Director, you'll play a key role in developing creative strategies and concepts, working closely with the CCO and technical leads to produce short- and long-term solutions for client needs.
You'll need to be an expert in Adobe CC software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and proficient in video editing. You'll also have experience with interactive digital media, websites, video, motion graphics, and post-production.
This is a digitally-led role, so you must have demonstrable digital experience; however, this role covers both print and digital deliverables.
In addition to your technical skills, you'll need to be an excellent communicator with exceptional presentation skills. A bachelor's degree in marketing, design, creative, or medical-related fields is preferred.
