​An exclusive opportunity for a Director of Medical Communications to join a leading healthcare communications agency, you will be taking full responsibility for the agency's largest account, collaborating across the agencies network to deliver a global campaign that combines medical communications and promotional activities. As a Director, you will sit on the Senior Leadership Team reporting to the CEO.

You will have previously lead on a high-value medical communications account, presenting strategic direction to your client and delivered a diverse range of global deliverables to tight deadlines. 

Leading and motivating a talented account team to deliver outstanding works for this high profile client, you will offer them clear and robust direction, with a positive approach to leadership. With clear and precise communication, you will communicate across the network by keeping the wider business informed of what is needed to develop the account. 

 The agency has experienced impressive growth over the recent years, with a people-first ethos. Key Requirements / Experience

  • Previously lead on a high-value medical communications account worth over £2 million per annum

  • Clear and strategic mindset

  •  Financial management; effective budgeting, procurement negotiations and management of resources and team shape

  • Quick to build and maintain key relationships; internal and external

  • Experience with promotional strategy including digital

  • In-depth understanding and knowledge of global pharma
