 The role

• Head of data management function

• Full accountability and the scope to mould the department

• Implementation of data standards and other departmental level process

• Depending on continued pipeline progression, will be opportunities for future line management

• Broad accountability

• Contribute to strategic decision making

• Represent data management cross-functionally

• Consistently lead the evaluation and implementation of different technologies

• Oversight of outsourced work

 To be considered

• 7 years of clinical data management experience in the Pharma/Biotech/CRO industry

• Experienced in both hands-on as well high level oversight of data management

• Demonstrable ability to manage numerous projects concurrently

• Exceptional problem solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to manage multiple vendors
