Early Phase Clinical Project Manager - Fully home Based

Location: UK, or other remote EU locations

​I am partnering with an exciting and expanding, Global client for a great opportunity for an experienced Clinical Project Manager to work on a variety of different early phase studies within oncology. The company are focused on running studies for small to mid-size Pharma’s and Biotech’s and have a return business percentage 4 times higher than the industry average. They really focus on making sure they expertly lead their client through the entire trial process involving therapy area experts regularly and providing a completely tailored service to each individual clients needs and expectations.

This position is fully home based with limited need to travel perhaps up to 15% of your working time. The company also pride themselves on the software they provide to the staff and believe they have one of the best remote set ups for their Project Managers.

I am looking for Project Managers who have experience working on Phase I Oncology Trials, have progressed their career from a CRA position and have worked in either a CRO or Pharmaceutical company. My client are flexible on the levels of experience someone has but the above requirements are a must.

Good career progression is clear with a number of the Project Management team receiving promotions in the last 12 months. The company culture is fantastic with a Leadership Board and CEO who regularly work with and communicate with people at every level of the business.
