Location: Open to remote or on-site candidates at this time.

We are currently working with a clinical-stage oncology company based out of Boston, MA who is eager to continue to expand its diagnostics team. This opportunity is to lead the companion diagnostics team and report directly to the CMO.

Looking for a team-oriented individual with a successful track record within the industry. Ideal candidate will collaborate with cross functional teams such as Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, and Research and Development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Global Program Teams for matters related to companion diagnostics, biomarkers, and validation status.

  • Oversee the integration of clinical biomarker strategy.

  • Manage outsourcing of diagnostic assays.

  • Develop patient selection strategies and assays.

  • Identify problems and come up with strategic solutions associated with CDx programs.

  • Design clinical protocols and standards within the clinical development plan.

  • Oversee review of clinical study entries.

  • Collaborate with vendors and Investigators on specific projects.

Experience Required

  • PhD or MD/PhD.

  • Strong experience developing and implementing biomarker/CDx strategies.

  • Oncology experience required.

  • 10 years of expertise in oncology biomarker and companion diagnostic development.
