Key Responsibilities:
- Lead your workstream in the strategic development of brands, delivering engaging and creative work for our clients.
- Foster strong partnerships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
- Provide inspiring leadership for your team, motivating them to deliver their best work.
- Collaborate with the Client Services Director and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, keeping the team ahead of the curve.
- Drive collaboration and identify opportunities for synergy across the agency's network.
- Oversee financial aspects, including accurate forecasting and revenue tracking.
- Ensure adherence to agency processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance and solutions to their challenges.
- Lead creative briefings, presentations, and discussions from a strategic perspective.
