RBW has partnered with a Global client who operates to improve patient experiences within Healthcare.

We are now urgently looking to hire an Information Security Analyst with significant, recent experience of delivering and implementing change and new IT systems on a global scale with multiple teams as well as leading all aspects of information security.

  • You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining a security programme to deliver a corporate IT strategy which ensures the business is meeting best practice compliance and data standards

  • Advise on, develop and create information security and data policies and processes

  • Lead the implementation of Information Security initiatives such as DLP (Data Loss Prevention), data classification and retention

  • Work with technical teams or technical third parties to advise and define information security and data protection requirements. advocating ‘security by design’

  • Own all Information Security requirements including ISO 27001 compliance and implementing a fully functioning Information Security Management System (ISMS)

Essential skills and experience includes:

  • At least 3 years of relevant Information Security experience

  • Minimum 3 years working hands on with IS27001/ITIL based policies and procedures

  • Ability to communicate and present technical security concepts to technical IT colleagues and non-technical business partners

  • Have expert knowledge and experience as a Data Practitioner and showing familiarity in a variety of technology infrastructures including Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.

  • You’ll be accustomed to frameworks such as NIST, ISO27001, TOGAF, SABSA, SOC II

  • Have a detailed understanding of DLP tools, what they do and why – the ability to implement these tools is highly desired.

  • Experience of collaborating with technical engineering and architecture teams to advise on information security

  • Have an excellent knowledge and practical application of data protection including data subject access requests, data audits, data privacy impact assessments, data incident management, GDPR compliance, privacy policies etc

  • Experience across a wide range of security techniques and technologies; managing access control, end-points, firewalls, SIEM
