​Are you looking to take the next step in your CRA career? A position has arisen for an experienced Clinical Research Associate to work for an established small CRO as a Lead CRA.

This small CRO stand out with their particular expertise in oncology, rare diseases and advanced, cell and gene therapies. They have decades of experience in delivering complex and innovative trials.

This is a crucial role sat within a collaborative clinical operations team where you will be integral to the senior management team.  To be considered for this position we are looking for someone with significant senior experience which should include monitoring across UK, management / coordination of CRA, overseeing site visit reports and managing sites. 

The ideal candidate will need the following experience / skills to be considered:

• 5 year’s independent monitoring experience within a CRO

• Line Management experience of CRA’s

• Early Phase experience is desirable

• A background in oncology with 5 plus years is essential
