Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate independently and as a team player to bring the agency's marketing endeavours to life, perfectly aligned with their business goals.
- Take the reins of their social media realm, particularly on LinkedIn. Engage with the community, outsmart competitors, and curate captivating content.
- Plan and strategies social media content, using the Adobe Suite to craft visually stunning posts.
- Update and maintain their website, teaming up with developers to inject fresh content that keeps the agency at the forefront of the market.
- Be the guardian of marketing collateral – from case studies to presentations, you'll keep them polished and up to date.
- Keep stakeholders in the loop by being the communication champ for new initiatives, updates, and tweaks to marketing campaigns.
- Take new recruits under your wing and school them in the agency's brand identity and guidelines.
- Play an active role in crafting marketing strategies and setting those all-important KPIs.
- Uncover the story in the data – measure and analyse the performance of marketing efforts, sharing insights with the Marketing Lead and the wider business.
- Forge partnerships with external service providers, like design and print agencies.
- Join forces with other teams to make exhibitions, shows, and events a grand success.
- Manage the spotlight on the agency through award submissions.
- Step into the admin arena now and then, helping the Accounts team with budget reconciliations and project setups.
Requirements / Experience:
- Perfectly suited for Marketing Grads or Junior Marketing Executives with 1-2 years of experience.
- Independence meets support – this role thrives on a proactive, self-starting attitude.
- Ready to infuse some clever humour into their brand? They're all about it. As a challenger brand, you'll help build their personality across their marketing channels.
- Your communication game is on point – articulate and detail-oriented.
- Juggling master? You'll manage multiple tasks and projects without breaking a sweat.
- You've got some digital design tricks up your sleeve, from Photoshop to Canva.
- Numbers don't scare you – in fact, you're quite comfortable analysing website and social media performance.
- Flexibility is your middle name.
- You're a team player, ready to collaborate and make things happen.
