Product Manager

This medium sized Pharma company is looking for a Pharma experienced marketeer with strong digital marketing experience to join their Frankfurt based team. You will develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for promoted brands.

You will need to be a graduate - we are open to any of the following disciplines - Marketing, Economics, Management, Natural Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine or similar and minimum of two years in Marketing within the Pharmaceutical industry with experience in Digital Marketing essential. Work experience as a KAM, Medical Rep or MSL is preferred.

It is essential that you are German, first language and have fluent written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.

The role will involve the development and management of marketing campaigns, with the focus on multichannel initiatives to support the brand’s positioning, vision and customer sector.
You will manage all aspects of content generation and approval for multichannel initiatives and the use of digital media.

Using your analytical skills, evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data and measure and report performance on all activities.

Engage with the internal team to follow the implementation of brand strategies and tactics, analyse feedback and propose changes.

Support development and implementation of Sales promotion campaigns and material and manage budgets.
