Project Manager

​Location: Remote, USA

Presented is an opportunity for a Project Management position with a small, full-service CRO supporting biotechnology, medical device and pharmaceutical companies. This resource will provide project management abilities to a variety of different therapeutic areas and clients across the clinical research landscape in the US.

This resource will report directly to a Project Director and be responsible for managing either Oncology, CNS or Rare Disease studies in all phases. Since this is a small company, this position will wear many hats and will need to have an expertise in all things clinical research and will need to have an understanding of the entire clinical lifecycle, as well as have experience with PM responsibilities in a CRO environment.

Oncology, Rare Disease or CNS experience is a must. This role will also have the responsibility of maintaining the budget and overall project management plans and have input on bid defenses. There could be some monitoring associated with this position, but only from an as needed basis.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of clinical project management and a great understanding of project management techniques

• At least 6 years in the clinical research industry

• Oncology, CNS, Rare Disease experience (but will consider other Tas)

• Knowledge of budgets, bid defense, trial design.

• GCP, ICH, FDA knowledge

• Strong ability to lead and mentor staff and willingness to work on the ground at times

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
