Up to €70,000

I am working with a small CRO who are looking to expand their European team substantially over 2022 and they are currently seeking 2 x project managers to be home based anywhere in Europe.

As the project manager, you will need to provide support to your team, carry out risk and issue management, comply with budgets and timelines as well as being responsible for the overall management and successful delivery of the projects.

Responsibilities:

• Involved at the forefront of innovation and drive delivery using your project leadership expertise
• Act as main point of contact for the client during study maintenance, and managing their expectations
• Ensure the scope of work is correctly defined and agreed with client
• Accountable for on-time, budget and quality delivery as well as execution of the start-up and maintenance activities of the assigned studies
• Lead quality management through risk-based thinking for the assigned studies
• Track and manage the projects invoicing schedule on time by working with finance to ensure costs are processed promptly
• Undertake all tasks assigned to position within companies SOPs

Requirements:

• Life science degree
• Previous experience of working as a project manager for a minimum of 2 years
• Strong experience with timelines, budgets and negotiations
• Background working as a PM with CROs
• PM certificate (desirable)
• Expertise using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint and/or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
