Quality Associate / Specialist – Investigations

If you like the thought of taking on a dual role with both hands-on quality responsibilities but also an element of coaching, training and mentoring, then read on.

This business is rapidly growing CDMO with considerable multi-site expansion over the last few years – as such a new opening has arisen for a Quality Assurance professional with a focus on managing investigations and importantly, providing oversight of these activities to the less experienced members of the team.

Investigations won’t be the only focus and responsibilities across all other areas of the operational quality function as well as the QMS will be necessary – but a focus on how to raise, report on and act on investigations will be critical.

As this site continues its expansion, opportunities for exposure and development are readily available and encouraged, if desired.

Key experience:

·       Quality assurance experience within a GMP capacity

·       Pharmaceutical experience is essential

·       Understanding investigation processes in a range of areas relating to manufacturing and packaging

·       Experience of training, coaching or mentoring preferred but this will be based more on your approach and style, than previous experience

·       Continuous improvement mindset
