Quality Control, Analytical Lab Manager

RBW are exciting to present a QC Manager role with an expanding Pharmaceutical partner based in Portage, IN.

This Pharmaceutical partner with a fully integrated CDMO platform, supporting small to large scale manufacturing operations in OTC products such as liquids, creams, and ointments. This business are incredibly driven in their efforts to expand both sides of the business, expecting to market 4 of their own products by the end of 2024 and increasing their Contract Manufacturing capacity. Presenting opportunities for long term stability, career development, and team leadership.

You will be responsible for management of the QC Analytical Lab, including team leadership, budgeting activities and management of the Stability Program for Drug Products.

With a headcount of 700 across 2 manufacturing sites, this business runs like a well oiled machine with great communication between cross functional teams.
