KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Scientific leadership of account teams, overseeing delivery of large programmes of work in accordance with individual project briefs and overall account priorities
- Work collaboratively with Program Director and Client Service Director to:
- Define and implement overall account strategy
- Drive operational excellence and innovation
- Build influential relationships across the wider Healthcare network, especially digital and creative engagement groups
- Establish long-term client relationships by applying knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and the wider network to develop communication strategies that address client needs
- Invest in the professional development of scientific colleagues through formal line management, mentoring and provision of constructive feedback of project review
