Senior Account Director - Healthcare Advertising

As part of a dynamic global network, this well-established agency enjoys strong client relationships, diverse work, and a cohesive culture. Their advertising team develop full spectrum creative campaigns for top pharma companies, with in-house capabilities across strategy, creative, copywriting and digital. They cover an interesting spread of therapeutic areas and much of their work is global.

As SAD you will provide leadership to clients, nurture and motivate account teams, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest creative standards. You’ll help to develop the creative and strategic direction of accounts and contribute to new business and growth opportunities.

You will be joining an experienced, friendly and close-knit team, and enjoy a flexible approach to home working as well as an attractive salary and benefits package.

To be considered for this position you will need a healthcare communications agency background, experience leading Rx campaigns and a passion for delivering brilliant creative work. You’ll need superb client facing skills, and the ability to lead and inspire junior team members.
