My client is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their wonderful team. You will be a key part of creating campaigns that recruit and support volunteers for ground-breaking clinical trials, working with some of the biggest names in healthcare and make a real difference in people's lives.

You will work on a range of projects, across print and digital, for patients, care givers and HCPs. This is a critical role contributing to tactical brand planning and executing client deliverables to the highest standards. A great opportunity to draw from your previous experience in Medical Communications/PR/Advertising to make recommendations to clients and proactively propose solutions.

About the role:
  • You will work with Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery with time, budget and scope
  • Lead client meetings
  • Contribute to tactical brand planning and creative process, ensuring alignment to marketing strategy
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with clients
  • Ensure data policies are internationally ratified within SOW and escalate any potential GDPR issues
  • Have mentoring and line management responsibilities for Account Executives

About You:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
  • Experience as an Account Manager within an agency working on healthcare accounts.
  • Experience managing direct reports.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for healthcare and enthusiasm for the work we do.
  • Sound understanding of GDPR.
