​Senior & Principal Programmers

Location: Home based - UK & Poland

Geoff King at RBW Consulting has engaged with one of the world’s leading specialist data focused CROs providing full data services solutions to a range of companies from top tier pharmaceutical companies through to niche biotech organisations.

Due to continued growth, this company now require multiple Senior & Principal Programmers to provide high quality statistical support to clients in the delivery of multiple projects.

You will be working closely with a leading pharmaceutical company, fully embedded within their drug development process and be technical lead point of contact.

This role would also suit an experienced Programmer II who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Main duties & responsibilities:

• Lead Programmer responsible for attending F2F and TC client meetings

• Perform Statistical Programming activities according to company SOPs and sponsor requirements

• Act as study lead to coordinate all assigned study activities

• Generation of documentation and SAS code required for database set-up

• Review Statistical Analysis Plans

• Prepare graphs, tables and listings for inclusion in clinical study reports

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

• Mentor and train junior programmer

Key requirements:

• PhD, MSc or BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field

• SAS programming experience working within a clinical trials environment (Pharma, CRO or biotech)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to communicate with a broad range of people across different functions
