Senior Clinical Trial Manager

RBW has partnered with an exciting clinical stage biotech company that has recently emerged from stealth mode to identify their next Senior Clinical Trial Manager. This is a REMOTE position.

Our client is a small, emerging biotech with an exciting lead asset that has demonstrated significant promise in its initial data readouts. Building on this momentum, the company is looking to scale up their Clinical Operations team to execute two large, advanced global clinical programs.

As a part of this growth, our client is looking for an experienced Senior Clinical Trial Manager to take operational ownership of their global Open-Label Extension study. This position will require you to provide oversight to the clinical study planning and execution of the trial from start-up, conduct, reporting, and close out. You will be tasked with ensuring that all study-level timeline, cost, and quality deliverables are met to achieve corporate milestone goals. You will also be heavily involved in CRO/vendor selection and oversight, as well as mentoring junior team members and potentially leading a team.

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in the small to mid-sized pharmaceutical/biotech sector. Global late-phase trial management experience is highly preferred. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the life sciences or related field is required.
