Senior Outcomes Research Scientist

​A client of RBW Consulting has assigned us to source professionals with extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry for a Senior Outcomes Research Scientist role.

​

Responsibilities:

• You will be the technical expert in generating RWE for drug development.

• You will develop strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to meet the product needs.

• You will plan resource allocation to accomplish multiple research projects and attain project and study timelines.

• You will identify innovative, timely and cost-effective methods to conduct epidemiologic studies.

• You will help build and facilitate research collaboration with local KOLs and regional societies, particularly those with specific disease registries.

• You will help develop, maintain and expand for the EU region, an observational research support strategy that aligns with the product global development strategy and the product commercialisation strategy, both globally and in the region.

Experience:

• Master’s degree in Epidemiology (or other subject with high observational research content) or Medical degree with observational research experience.

• You have demonstrable experience leading pharmaco-epidemiologic research programs in a drug development environment

• You are self-motivated with the ability to develop credibility with colleagues within and outside observational research, as well as interact effectively in multi-disciplinary matrix teams to influence decisions

• You have broad experience in collaborating with internal/external research partners and in managing multiple tasks and complex projects.

• You have excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate scientific evidence to peers and at scientific meetings
