An incredible agency leading the way in SEO within the pharmaceutical and health sphere is growing its fun, ambitious and social team. They are redefining global online performance in healthcare, working with top pharmaceutical clients globally with an impressive portfolio, including animal health and consumer clients.

The team is energetic and diverse, they work in great collaboration and also spend time together to socialise and forge an incredible environment to work in. With locations in London, New York, India and The Netherlands, they are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join them in their London office.

About the role…
  • You will work closely with the business development lead to ensure clients are receiving the highest standards of work
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Managing budgets in line with strategy and scope
  • Overseeing the management of all client projects as well as quality control of work conducted by junior team members
  • Actively involved in pitches and new business opportunities

About you…
  • You will have experience working in the digital/SEO space, ideally with pharmaceutical clients and projects
  • Project management experience
  • Skilled in client services and account management
  • Clear and confident communicator
  • Excellent presentation skills, both presenting to clients as well as creating presentations for clients
  • Experienced executing campaigns within other digital channels with a focus on SEO
