Are you looking to build your validation experience in small manufacturing facility?

We are looking for individuals who bring some previous validation experience to work closely with a highly technical production team, focused on a range of activities relating to equipment, facilities and process activities.

Given the growth of the business and the continued plan to upgrade systems and equipment, this person will need to be flexible and be able to work in a fast paced function that balances reactive and proactive activities.

With a distinctly clear training and progression plan from day one, you will see the pathway for progression and the rewards that come with that both in terms of development and remuneration.

Key experience:

• Educated to degree (or equivalent level) in a Life Sciences subject

• Previous validation experience, ideally within equipment, facilities and process based activities

• A solid understanding of pharmaceutical production / manufacturing processes

• A continuous improvement mindset

• Any knowledge of aseptic working environments would be helpful (aseptic technique, sterility etc.)

• A solid understanding of GMP principles – or at least the ability to work to strict regulated procedures
