Jordan joined RBW's Development Academy in 2015 following a brief stint working in a call centre and sales office. Jordan wanted to work proactively in a challenging environment and saw recruitment as a way to do that.
A little bit about Jordan: if he won £100m he would travel the world helping endangered animals, his biggest fear is getting eaten by a shark and if he could change one thing, he would ensure no one was without food, water or shelter.
