Over the past decade, I’ve partnered with emerging and established biotechs across the U.S., helping them shape high-impact functions in Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, CMC, and Quality. My work often begins before a search even launches—refining role scope, benchmarking the market, and advising executives on how to attract and retain world-class talent.

I’m deeply invested in the science behind the search. Having worked extensively across RNA therapeutics, gene and cell therapy, and oncology, I bring an understanding of how research, development, and regulation intersect. Outside of work, I’m based in Oregon, where I balance my professional focus with trail running, travel, and time outdoors with my family.
