Following strong global growth, they’ve created this brand new role to help drive their presence across Central and Eastern Europe and are looking for a proven sales leader to help drive that next stage of development.

 

The Role

 

You’ll take ownership of their key region, combining hands-on selling with leadership and strategy.

 

It’s a genuinely broad role where you’ll be developing business directly while supporting and guiding a small but growing regional team.

 

You’ll define the go-to-market plan for the region, build relationships with leading research groups and biopharma customers, and work closely with colleagues in marketing, product management and applications to make sure customers get the best possible experience.

 

Your Profile

 

• Successful track record selling life science instruments or technologies into research or biopharma, ideally within Biophysical/Analytical Instrumentation

• You enjoy mentoring others and helping them succeed.

• You’re comfortable balancing direct customer engagement with broader commercial planning.

• Strong communicator, bringing a confident, credible style to your interactions.

• You’re happy to travel up to 50%

With a strong pipeline and a commitment to patient-centric innovation, this organization is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead and support global clinical trial execution.

 

🔍 The Role:

This is a strategic and hands-on position, ideal for someone with deep clinical operations experience and a passion for improving patient outcomes. You’ll be responsible for managing global Phase II/III studies, overseeing internal and external resources, and ensuring high-quality trial delivery across multiple regions.

 

🧠 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operational planning and execution of global clinical trials, with a focus European-regional support.

• Act as Clinical Project Manager (CPM) for assigned studies, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance.

• Manage CROs, vendors, and internal teams to optimize patient recruitment, site selection, and study delivery.

• Contribute to protocol development, study design, and strategic planning.

• Participate in clinical data review and submission activities.

• Support SOP development and implementation across clinical operations.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory, Finance, Quality, and Tech Ops.

• Represent the company at investigator meetings and external engagements.

• Provide strategic input into global studies and lifecycle planning.

 

✅ Ideal Profile:

• Life sciences or nursing degree (advanced degree preferred).

• Significant experience in clinical operations within biotech or pharma.

• Proven track record in managing EU/global Phase II/III trials.

Quality Assurance Manager – Greater Manchester

We’re working with a leading pharmaceutical company entering an exciting phase of growth, with new product introductions, operational scale-ups, and expansions at their brand-new site. This is a unique opportunity to join a small, hands-on site where you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping its QA function.

As QA Manager, you’ll manage operational and project teams to ensure compliance with GMP, support product development, and maintain inspection readiness. You’ll also play a key role in implementing digital systems like eQMS and LIMS and contribute to global quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site QA activities and represent QA in the Site Management Team.

• Oversee internal and external audits, deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and OOS/OOT investigations.

• Drive continuous improvement and support globalisation of SOPs and quality systems.

QA Manager

I am partnered with an international advanced pharmaceutical and medical device business that are investing seriously into expanding their quality and operational activities, especially across various sites within the UK.

This is a brand new appointment for one their facilities in Manchester.

Working as a form of QA head for their own respective site, this position will manage a small team and remain fully hands on in all areas of quality. This includes systems oversight, operational delivery and validation activities.

A core aspect of the role will be leadership – leading a small team through hands on coaching, mentoring and training.

Key experience:

• Experienced within a QA capacity, working in a GMP environment

• Ideally working experience of a sterile / aseptic environment – working within a terminally sterile setting would be helpful – these are not essential

• Leadership and management experience is preferred

• Strong hands on experience of a range of quality activities, especially in relation to QMS oversight

• Auditing experience essential – if you have been a lead auditor, this would be advantageous
