A growing healthcare communications and healthcare marketing agency is looking for an Account Manager to join the team, supporting a mix of pharmaceutical, charity and consumer health clients.
This role would suit someone with around 3 years’ experience within healthcare communications, healthcare marketing or healthcare PR who enjoys working across a broad mix of accounts and communication channels, rather than specialising in just one area.
The agency is particularly interested in someone who combines strong delivery skills with creative thinking. Someone who is a reliable, proactive team member, but who is also confident bringing fresh ideas and challenging more traditional approaches to healthcare communications.
The role
You’ll work across a range of integrated healthcare communications programmes spanning corporate storytelling, earned media, social media and wider campaign activity.
The work is varied and will involve collaborating across different client types, from pharmaceutical and healthcare organisations through to charities and consumer health brands.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, is comfortable managing multiple projects and can contribute both strategically and creatively across accounts.
The kind of person who will thrive here
- Around 3 years’ experience within healthcare communications, healthcare marketing, healthcare PR or corporate communications
- Strong writing and content development skills
- Experience across earned media and/or social media campaigns
- Someone comfortable working across a mix of pharmaceutical, charity and consumer health clients
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas and think creatively
- Someone who enjoys collaborative working and is comfortable operating within a growing agency environment
- Agency or in-house experience considered
- Product communications experience also of interest, provided there is broader healthcare communications exposure
