About the Role
Drive independent account leadership, owning strategy and delivering “headline-level” insights to senior stakeholders without micromanagement.
Build strong client relationships and provide solutions-focused leadership to navigate challenges and uncover growth opportunities.
Lead on diverse projects, from expert engagement to congress activity, digital content, and more.
Contribute to the development of junior team members over time, ensuring a collaborative and supportive team dynamic.

Requirements / Experience
Experience in healthcare communications or medical affairs, particularly in oncology or related fields.
Strong client leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Commercial awareness with the ability to manage scope and maximize opportunities.
Proven experience in delivering strategic insights and driving forward account growth.
