RBW Consulting is partnered with an award-winning, independent Medical Communications agency with more than 20 years experience. They strategically work with medical and marketing teams within global pharmaceutical organizations delivering live, hybrid and virtual medical communication programmes. Having successfully built an ambitous team over the years, they are now looking to grow with the addition of an Account Director who can deliver quality programmes challenging the way clients think.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of client programmes, understanding and challenging the brief

• Understands clients' motivations, priorities and even frustrations

• Engage with key opinion leaders, sharing key insights that can be converted into content for specific programmes

• Proactively identifies and sells growth opportunities

• Understands brand strategy, recommending medical communications strategies to support it

• Confidently sells in budgets and negotiates with senior stakeholders

• Line manage one or more members of the client services team, supporting new starters where needed
