An exciting opportunity for an experienced client services professional to join an award-winning Medical Communications agency as an Account Manager.

You will be part of a regional team, supported by a global business. Working collaboratively, you will be supported by senior leadership, management & cross functional teams to ensure you get the exposure, development & training you require to be the best version of you.

As the Account Manager you would be involved in:

  • Account planning both short term & long-term resourcing, financial management & forecasting – with the support of your AD

  • Deliver impactful, influential clear communication, being able to adapt to suit audiences & geographical locations – Team depending as you may only focus on regional activity

  • Be accountable for the successful running of your designated accounts, with the support of your team

  • Build an understanding of your client, their goals, commercial objectives, brand & strategy

  • Make informed strategic recommendations & suggestions to help your clients achieve their goals

  • Maintain a high level of organisation & efficiency even when managing clients & initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Scientific or Life Science related degree – must have

  • Be a team player

  • Previous experience working in a medical communications or healthcare comms agency is essential

  • Strong understanding of science and medicine, the healthcare environment and the Medical Education/Comms industry

  • Excellent project management and analytical skills

  • Financial acumen

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise; excellent time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
