Are you a seasoned professional in analytical chemistry with a knack for project management? Join a dynamic team in Allschwil as an Analytical Project Manager!

About the Role: As an Analytical Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge analytical methods for drug substances and products. You'll ensure that products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory guidelines throughout their lifecycle. You'll manage a portfolio of 2-4 projects and collaborate with external partners, including CMOs and CROs, to deliver top-tier analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop state-of-the-art analytical methods for preclinical and clinical drug development.

  • Lead and manage analytical projects, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.

  • Represent AD/QC in technical project teams and product meetings.

  • Document and review analytical data and results, ensuring adherence to Good Documentation Practices.

  • Draft and review analytical protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions.

  • Maintain and validate analytical equipment according to GMP requirements.

  • Communicate project outcomes and quality issues to management effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or Chemical Engineering.

  • 12+ years (BS), 9+ years (MS), or 2+ years (PhD) experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Strong background in analytical chemistry and GMP/regulatory knowledge.

  • Proven managerial experience in a matrix system.

  • Excellent problem-solving, time-management, and communication skills.

  • Business fluency in English and a commitment to continuous learning.

  • Expertise in HPLC-UV, HPLC-MS, GC-MS, NMR, Spectroscopy, wet chemistry, and dissolution techniques.
