Business Development Manager (remote) - US

$120-180k base salary + 40% on target commission (uncapped plan)


Partnered with a UK-based innovator, who are expanding their US sales team, and are looking for a high-performing prospector/hunter profile to hit the ground running 🚀


Looking for candidates from a Scientific background, who have strong and demonstrable LS sales experience, preferably with software/SaaS/platform experience.

We are seeking a proactive BDM to expand their growing Biopharma customer portfolio. Yourkey responsibilitiesin this role:


  • New customer acquisition

  • Lead generation

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or scientific software industries.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing the full sales cycle, with a focus on prospecting, solution selling, and closing deals.

  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, drug discovery processes, and how software solutions can address industry challenges.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and compellingly.

  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels.

  • A proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales prospecting platforms, and other sales enablement technologies.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and support business development activities.
