​Clinical Operations Leader

While 2020 had an impact on how studies were managed, the Business Development team was consistently at work ensuring future business. With an increased number of compounds ready for start-up, there has been an increased effort to raise headcount this year, with multiple hires to be made within project management and Clinical Operations.

The Clinical Operations Leader (COL) coordinates all cross functional team member activities while liaising with the project leadership team and sponsor. Given the importance of meeting Global Research Operations deliverables, COL’s are in position to ensure the clinical operations strategy, timelines, quality, and productivity are met. In addition, in cases where Project Leaders are not assigned to a study, the COL may act as Project Leader.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of all cross functional activities and possess 1.5 years of Clinical Trial Management experience, coordinating trials from start-up to close-up with overall accountability.

This position can be fully remote.

Experience required:

• Bachelors or advanced degree in a life science, nursing or relevant

• Experience in a COL, CTM or CPM role leading clinical operations strategy

• Clinical monitoring experience (preferred) or clinical trial coordination
