Clinical Project Manager - Belgium - Small CRO

​I am delighted to be working for this small CRO who have an enviable name within the world of clinical research. Typically, they have partnered with Biotech’s, operating within the Benelux region however, due to exciting growth plans and continued success, they have expanded into the Netherlands.

Working within a smaller company will give you the experience and offer you the exposure into a variety of duties that you wouldn’t otherwise be able to experience if you were to work for a large organization.

You will be part of a close knit family who enjoy operating without a hierarchical framework and the CEO if very much hands on – coming from an impressive clinical background himself, he is on hand to actively support/nurture and develop his staff on all levels.

You will have broad experience as global CPM, preferably from biotech/sponsor perspective and have acquired experience in keeping oversight of trials which are outsourced to CROs.

Duties:

• Participate and lead the clinical trial meetings along with the lead physician Oversee risk identification and mitigation for the clinical trial and providing solutions, ensuring implementation

• Oversight of timelines, budget and ensuring quality.

• Ensure clinical trials are executed effectively and to ensure compliance within ICH-GCP and other applicable legislations.

• Support and participate in CRO and vendor selection.

• Lead CRO contract negotiations.

• Monitor data quality Ensure that the TMF is maintained and kept up to date.

• Review monitoring visit reports, protocol deviations, and data listings to ensure reliable and quality data.

About you:

• You will need to be fluent in English

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree in life sciences

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical operations and managing CRO’s & vendors Experience in autoimmune or oncology is a plus.
