Location: Budapest, Hungary (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Lead the scale-up of development processes, including process development and analytical development.

• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the transition from lab to manufacturing, ensuring seamless cell line development from inception to commercial production.

• Scale-Up Expertise: Manage the scale-up of upstream (USP), downstream (DSP), and active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) processes.

• Project Management: Coordinate and manage a portfolio of between 5-10 products within the project management team.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with QA, regulatory, tech transfer, and commercial teams to ensure project success.

• Career Progression: Long-term opportunity for advancement to Program Manager level positions within the business.

Requirements:

• Process Development Experience: Proven prior experience in process development within biologics or pharmaceuticals.

• Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in managing diverse stakeholders across various functions.

• Industrial Experience: Solid background in industrial settings, with a focus on biologics or pharmaceuticals.
