I am partnering with a rapidly growing full service CDMO who are specialised within sterile product development, manufacturing and packaging, and am working with the leadership team to help appoint a number of new hires.

For this specific hire, we are seeking and experienced Continuous Improvement Production Manager / Supervisor who will take a proactive approach in production transformation and operational excellence management. Working closely with all production personnel, this position will focus on improving processes and implementing ideas through coaching and training.

This role has the potential to work core hours or potentially on an early shift (7am-3pm).

Experience:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in a related subject

• At least five years of experience in a Life Sciences or related industry

• Understanding of GMP and GDP

• Must have worked within an aseptic manufacturing environment

• Experienced with lean or operational excellent transformation
