Director, Pharmacovigilance Quality Management Operations

RBW Consulting are partnered exclusively with one of the fastest growing biotechnology companies globally. This exciting Oncology organization (approx. 6000 total size) have had great success already in bringing products to market, with numerous approvals already.

Due to a rapidly increasing product portfolio, with multiple compounds coming through in development, there is a large amount of further headcount to take place this year, with multiple hires to be made within the Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety group.

The Director, PV Quality Management Operations (Head of Regional Safety Operations) position is a key position within the company’s PV / QMS group. This position is heavily involved in ensuring PV Processes/Documentation/SOPs are adhered to routinely. This role has a strong focus around PV Standards, Audit/Inspection readiness activities, PSMF and CAPA work.

This role will have four direct reports, and will oversee four individuals in PV training, Quality and Communications.

A leadership background is therefore essential, as well as a strong background in PV Quality Assurance/Compliance.

This position can be fully remote.

  Experience required:

·         Excellent background in Pharmacovigilance – with a specific focus on QA/Compliance

·         Thorough background in working with PV Standards

·         Line Management experience.
